AK River Tours

AK River Tours has made Interior Alaska's wild waters accessible since 1991. Founded by Logan Ricketts, it is now owned by Reinhard "Reini" Neuhauser, a USCG-licensed boat captain with more than 20 years in backcountry operations and a master's in business from the University of Alaska.

The outfit runs float-fishing trips on the Chena River, grayling trips on the Delta Clearwater, and northern pike expeditions from expedition-grade inflatable rafts fitted with custom fishing frames, plus winter ice fishing, aurora viewing, dog sledding, and snowmobile tours. Guides are year-round residents, and the company notes it follows the mission of the Seth-De-Ya-Ah corporation on the native village of Minto's lands and waters.
