Fish and Sons Kenai Charters

Fish and Sons Kenai Charters is the operation of Erick Fish, who grew up fishing the farm ponds, creeks and rivers of Missouri before moving to Alaska. He has 20 years of guiding and hosting experience on the upper Kenai River, lives year-round in Cooper Landing where he is raising his family, and is already training the next generation of Fish guides.

Trips are private guided drift-boat fishing from a 20-foot Riverwolf for rainbow trout, char and sockeye salmon, packaged with lodging for two in a two-bedroom mountain cottage. Fish emphasizes long-term client relationships over the turn-and-burn style of larger outfits, with the client's day — not the guide's — as the whole focus.
