Alaska Guide & Outfitting Service runs remote fly-in moose hunts out of McGrath, hunting the Innoko National Wildlife Refuge and adjoining state land in Game Management Unit 21A. Owner-operator Steve White is a master guide and commercial bush pilot who owned Willow Air for 25 years and has been part of well over 1,500 moose hunts.
The outfit flies hunters into camp on its own airplanes and hunts the river corridors by prop and jet boat, with grizzly, black bear, wolf, and wolverine available on the same hunt at no added trophy fee (tags purchased in advance).
