Jonah's Alaskan Outfitters

Jonah's Alaskan Outfitters is owned and operated by Jonah Stewart and his wife Skylar, together with their three children. Jonah moved to Alaska at age six in 1990, began guiding at twenty across the western states and Canada — averaging over 300 days a year in the field through his twenties — and earned his Alaska Registered Guide/Outfitter license in 2009 and his pilot's license in 2010, the outfit's first year in operation.

The operation runs fully guided, fair-chase hunts for Dall sheep, brown bear, grizzly, moose, caribou, and black bear across Alaska, and accommodates family hunts including a child's first hunt. Jonah is an accomplished bowhunter himself — holder of Archery Grand Slam #88, with 24 of the 29 North American big-game species taken with a bow — and frames the business around helping hunters accomplish their own dreams.
