Kaktovik Inn

Kaktovik Inn is owned and operated by the Kaktovik Inupiat Corporation, the local Alaska Native village corporation whose shareholders are the Kaktovikmiut people of Kaktovik. The inn calls itself 'more than a hotel,' with a stated commitment to preserving local culture and providing Inupiat hospitality.

Rooms have twin beds with private or shared hallway bathrooms, and the on-site restaurant serves a grill-and-fry menu with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials. The inn also arranges Arctic tours and packages — wildlife viewing including polar bears, walking tours, northern-lights viewing, cultural experiences, and local storytelling.
