Yakutat Lodge

Yakutat Lodge covers both sides of the local fishery: guided river trips on the Situk for steelhead, sockeye, and coho, and saltwater charters on Yakutat Bay for halibut, lingcod, and rockfish. Its charter boats include the Happy Hookers III and IV and the Madam Hooker.

Lodging comes in three forms — a hotel at the Yakutat airport with a restaurant and bar, cabins on the bay, and a larger "Big House" — and the lodge employs licensed guides and charter captains, operating under permit from the Tongass National Forest's Yakutat Ranger District.
