Captain Ethan Harders left his home island of Maui in 2010 as a college student who loved to fish, deckhanded his first year at Bob's Trophy Charters, learned technique on the Arctic Addiction under Mike Manns, then captained the Bear Force II for Big Bear Halibut Charters in 2014-2015 before launching his own company in 2015. He runs it alongside his wife Kaha'iola.
Trips are eight-to-ten-hour halibut days for up to six anglers, halibut-salmon-rockfish combos, and private customized charters. The house motto: they fish harder at Harders Charters.
