Kenai Sportfishing is a Soldotna-based guide service whose pitch is that it leads its own trips with an in-house guide staff rather than brokering them out. Captains John Padgett, Jeff King, Jim Voss, Creig Garrett, and Leo Dykstra cover four programs: Kenai River salmon and rainbow trout, drift-boat-only fishing on the Kasilof, halibut and multi-species charters out of Homer, and fly-in bear viewing and fishing at Big River Lake and Crescent Lake.
