Lake Clark Lodge is a small boutique lodge on a peninsula point at Keyes Point, overlooking Lake Clark — Alaska's second-largest lake — inside Lake Clark National Park and Preserve. The property was originally the private retreat of Bob Gillam, whose conservation work opposing the Pebble Mine the lodge cites as the inspiration for its mission.
The lodge hosts a maximum of 16 guests in eight double-occupancy rooms, each with a full bathroom, and runs a chef-prepared meal program. Days are spent fishing, bear viewing, kayaking, hiking, and on boat and flightseeing excursions; the famous bear-viewing grounds of Katmai are about 30 minutes away by floatplane.
