Rocky Point Resort is a family-owned fishing lodge on the Wrangell Narrows near Petersburg, 40 years in operation with a fourth generation of family now involved and more than 85 years of combined experience fishing the local waters. Guests fish guided or self-guided for king salmon, coho, and halibut from Coast Guard inspected boats, with licensed skippers on site.
Packages cover the practical end: bait and gear with no limits on gas, GPS and depth sounders on the boats, blast freezers for the catch, and meals — the house line is 'we fish you hard and feed you good.'
