About Togiak River Lodge
Togiak River Lodge is owned by brothers Zack and Jordan Larsen. Zack was hired as a guide at the lodge in 2015 under previous owner Larry Lund and worked up to senior guide; Jordan came on in 2016 shooting video for guests and later managed the lodge. The brothers bought the operation in the winter of 2019 and ran their first season as owners in 2020.
The site describes it as the only full-service permanent wood lodge on the entire Togiak River system, on the edge of the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge in northern Bristol Bay. It fishes king, silver, sockeye, chum, and pink salmon plus rainbow trout and Dolly Varden, with halibut in early season, and the owners' stated goal is a genuine, authentic wilderness fishing trip.
Background as described by the operator on their own website.
