Arctic Treks Adventures

Arctic Treks Adventures is the family business of co-owners Jim Campbell and Carol Kasza, who have guided Arctic wilderness trips for more than 40 years. The outfit runs river rafting on the Kongakut, Canning, and Nigu, plus backpacking expeditions and basecamp trips across the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Gates of the Arctic, the Western Arctic, and Kobuk Valley.

Their approach is small-scale, value-driven, and conservation-oriented: expedition-style travel in country with no roads, trails, or campgrounds, where guests pitch in on camp duties and the comforts that truly matter — starting with high-quality food — are kept simple and well done.
