Drill Team Six Fishing Excursions is a veteran-owned guide service in Wasilla run by two retired Air Force veterans with 42 years of combined active-duty service, who came to Alaska with the military and stayed. They fish the Matanuska-Susitna Valley year-round.

Open-water charters and winter ice fishing target king and silver salmon, rainbow trout, arctic char, burbot, and northern pike on waters around Wasilla, Palmer, Willow, Houston, and Big Lake, 40 to 60 minutes north of Anchorage. Veterans and first responders get 10 percent off.
