iFishAlaska Guide Service

iFishAlaska Guide Service is a locally owned, family-run operation based in Willow that fishes the Deshka River, Little Susitna River, and Big Susitna tributaries, all within about 90 minutes of Anchorage. The guides are year-round Alaska residents who fish the same rivers nearly every day of the salmon season, targeting king salmon from mid-May to mid-July and silver salmon from mid-July through August.

Trips run from a 24-foot jet-powered aluminum river boat, and the guides are USCG licensed, insured, first aid certified, and credentialed with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Novices are welcome — the crew teaches casting, hook sets, and playing fish.
