Luxury tent camp on the Nushagak running guided king salmon trips since 1993, owned by Rob and Lisa Fuentes, with sit-down family-style meals.

Alaska Kingfishers is a luxury tent camp on the banks of the Nushagak River in Bristol Bay, in business since 1993 — founded by Bob and Traci Kratzer and owned since 2013 by Rob and Lisa Fuentes. Rob is a Baylor-trained biologist who worked water-quality projects as a Texas state field biologist; daughter Cameron helps manage the camp.
The fishery is king salmon first — with chum, sockeye, and Arctic char — guided on fly or conventional tackle. The camp runs on a family-friendly rhythm, with guests and crew sitting down to meals together.
Background as described by the operator on their own website.
